There are times when we are out of stock on items, or a manufacturer has items
on backorder. If an item
is on back order, we will contact you via email for instructions on how to
handle your order.

secure database. No credit card or personal information is ever sent via
email or other non-secure means. Your information is kept private. We do not share your private information with anyone.

Must have an RA number issued by our customer service department:
customercare@fuddleduds.com.

Returned products must be in original packaging with all accessories.

Packing slip must be included.

Clearly print the RA number on the package.

Returned items will be exchanged for merchandise of equal value.

If exchange is for an item of higher value, payment must accompany
returned item.

A Store Credit will be issued if an alternate item is not
selected.

Refunds on a case-by-case basis. A restocking fee may apply.

Shipping
We ship via UPS. UPS does not deliver to P.O. box addresses. All packages are shipped with delivery confirmation for our
records. Normal shipping time can vary between 5-7 business days.
